E-Vision's design allows for the inventory control feature to be directly linked to a unique "help-desk" system. This "help-desk" system allows for a user to input daily service problems, tie the problems to specific assets and direct the problem to the appropriate service personnel. This system greatly reduces administrative problems associated with asset management. E-Vision is an internet based ASP (Application Service Provider) which minimizes technical challenges associated to software installations. Therefore you will never have to worry about installing upgrades, data integrity or backups of your information.
